Meet Mike

5 weeks ago, Mike was given an individualized nutrition plan that is sustainable for his own lifestyle to help him lose weight, body fat and gain muscle. The plan includes daily caloric intake, specific food and meal examples, but also support and guidance. Mike also commits to a weekly personal training session and a handful of Drive’s classes. Since starting his nutrition plan and training, Mike has lost 18 pounds and 5.6% body fat!
